FUN & DONE --  June 1 from 1: 30 to 4:30 pm.  Don’t

give your dad another tie or pair of socks this year for his special day when you can make him a really great gift in just a few hours. Come join us and have fun making this great BBQ apron fit for a king. No ruffles, no frills, just raw cooking power. When it’s not in use he can roll it up and it becomes a bag to hold all his grilling tools. Embroidered at the top is a grilling dude with the phrase "Plays with fire". You can even have Dad’s name added to it. Two pockets add to its usefulness. For smiles, one is embroidered with a chicken that says "Eat more beef" while the other is a cow that says "Eat more chicken." Let’s have some sewing fun and make him a gift that he’ll always remember came from you. (Embroidery will be done in advance.)


SUMMER KID'S CLUBHOUSE -- Want something for your kids to do this summer?  Have them learn a new skill, make some new friends and make something fun.  There are two sessions available for our Summer Kid's Clubhouse.  The first one  -- Let's Go Camping -- is on June 7, 14, 21 & 28 from 11 am to 1 pm. 
 
 Family Fun Night classes will be held on July 2, 9, 16 & 22 from 11 am to 1 pm.

Cost is just $125 for each class session (4 classes) and kits OR $225 and receive a B-9 sewing machine when you are finished.  Don't delay -- class is limited.

Serger Club -- June 8 from 2 pm to 5:30 pm.  Join us and learn how to make this beautiful serged pillow.  Come and learn a new technique and get the MOST out of your serger.  Club dues are only $20.  Kit price is $18.


 Learn to Sew with Carolyn -- June 14 at 5:30 pm.  Sign up for this beginners sewing class and Carolyn will show you how to construct this simple Hanger Tote complete with a zipper.  Cost is just $15 per class.  Sign up soon and get the list of materials needed.







Serged Patriotic Placemats -- June 15 - 3 to 5 pm.  Just in time for the 4th of July. Serge up a couple or a whole set for your holiday table.  Quick and easy to construct.  Bring your serger and be amazed.  Cost is just $15.  Kits will be available.






Sewing with Meghan --  Come to the first class taught by Meghan! Add a splash of color to your sewing room with this adorable pin cushion! A beginner class for anybody that has any sewing experience. Come have a fun night out! July 2nd 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Class cost $15 or 6 classes for $60. Plus cost of pattern and material. Kit available. 


Are you ready to add some flare to your entry or dining table?! Yes! Then this is the class for you! This modern table runner is perfect for summer or fall. Plus, learn how to do a binding! For anyone from beginning to advanced. Have a night out with friends! July 11th 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Class cost $15 or 6 for $60. Plus cost of material. Kit available.

BLOCK PARTY -- Classes will be held on Friday, May 3 at 10 am or 10:30am; Saturday, May 4 at 9:30 am, 10 am or 10:30 am.  The BOM classes for June will be held on May 31 and June 1. If you have any questions, just call.


KNIT OR CROCHET CLASS -- May 16 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.  This month we will be learning how to make these darling scarves.  Find out how easy they are to make, whether you crochet or knit.  We will give you a supply list when you call to sign up.  Don't wait!  Cost is just $15.

SERGER CLUB -- May 18 from 1 pm to 4:30 pm.  This month, we will review the different types of threads you can use in your serger. You'll be surprised how many different kinds there are. There will be samples for you to keep so you can see how they look when stitched. 

 

We will then use those threads to finish off flannel for baby receiving blankets for the Intermountain Medical Center. There is some flannel available for use, but more is always welcome.

 

Club dues are $20 plus $3 to help defray cost of thread for the blankets.

EMBROIDERY CLUB -- May 18 at 10 am.  (Doors open at 9:30 am)  This month, we are featuring ideas for Father's Day.  We have two guest hosts that are sure to bring some new ideas and hints for us too.  Show us what YOU have made by bringing your show & tell items.  


SOFTWARE CLUB -- May 28 at 10 am.  Have a question about your Babylock Palette or Designer's Gallery software?  For just $7.50 per class, we can help. (Call in advance so the teacher knows what she can help you with.)


RAG QUILT CLASS -- May 23 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.  You can make this quick and easy quilt with flannel scraps or yardage.  We can show you how to calculate your fabric needs depending on the size quilt you want.  Sign up today for just $15.

Create the Perfect Tee class

Straight, curvy, plump or lean—we’re all  trying to rock what Mother Nature gave us, and often it’s hard to find clothes that fit just right!  In this two-day class, we’ll walk through simple pattern drafting together to create a custom tee pattern based off your own unique measurements and preferences (it’s easy I promise!), and then sew it up while learning basic knit-sewing techniques. Come away with a custom tee pattern and the perfect tee!

-measuring tape, rotary cutter/scissors, pins/pattern weights and cutting mat if you have one!
